Maxwell Service Centre provides technology repair, maintenance, networking, surveillance, biometric, and IT solutions services to individual and corporate clients in Qatar. All services are subject to these Terms and any specific agreements entered into at the time of service engagement.
Submitting a booking or enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed service agreement. A service engagement is only confirmed when our team has contacted you and you have agreed to the scope, timeline, and cost of the work. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion.
All devices submitted for repair will be assessed by our technicians. We will provide a diagnosis and cost estimate before proceeding with any repair work. Diagnosis fees, where applicable, will be communicated upfront.
Repairs carried out by Maxwell Service Centre are covered by a limited warranty period as communicated at the time of service. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, accidental damage, or unrelated faults.
Devices not collected within 90 days of completion or declined repair notification will be subject to storage fees. Maxwell Service Centre reserves the right to dispose of uncollected devices after 180 days, following reasonable attempts to contact the owner.
AMC agreements are governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties. The terms, scope, pricing, and service levels of each AMC are outlined in the individual agreement. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the AMC agreement unless expressly superseded by a specific clause in that agreement.

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a specific service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.
Maxwell Service Centre treats all customer data and business information with strict confidentiality. Our technicians will not access personal data on your device beyond what is required to perform the agreed repair. For business clients, any confidential business information shared during a solutions engagement will be handled under our standard non-disclosure obligations.
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Maxwell Service Centre or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
